Matthew H. Ivey age 77, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 27, at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home with Dr. Ron McClung officiating. Burial will follow at Scenic Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Ivey was a native and resident of Milledgeville. He worked for Dover Elevator Company until his retirement and then he worked for Central State Hospital until his retirement. He owned and operated Matt Ivey Cattle & Hay Farm.
Survivors include his wife of Milledgeville, three daughters, two step-children, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, his brother; and his beloved dog Precious.
Moores Funeral Home & Crematory has charge of arrangements.
